Customer Service Disappointment
The customer service I received during these visits was underwhelming. It seemed scripted, lacking genuine concern for my situation. It makes me wonder if poor customer service has become the norm.
Are we getting used to subpar service where scripted responses now replace genuine care for customers? Shouldn’t customer satisfaction be a priority over following a script?
Seeking a fix for the ongoing E15 error, I hope for improved, more understanding customer service. Despite these challenges, I remain hopeful for a positive resolution.
